Bullseye turns football knowledge into arithmetic. One player sets a target and picks the stat it is measured in, career goals, assists, appearances, yellow cards, red cards, minutes played, or market value.
Everyone then builds a private board of five footballers at their own pace. If your first pick is Cristiano Ronaldo and his 970 goals, you have four picks left to find exactly thirty more. Go over and you are still in it, but every goal past the target is distance you cannot take back.
Nothing is revealed while you build. You never see a running total, not even your own, so every pick is a bet on what you actually know. When every board is finished, all boards open at once and the closest total takes the round.
How to play
- One player picks a stat and a target number. The role rotates each round.
- Fill all five picks yourself — you do not wait on anyone between lines.
- Pick a footballer from autocomplete. Their stat stays hidden until the reveal.
- Nobody can use the same footballer twice on their own board.
- When everyone finishes, boards open. Closest total wins the round; an exact tie is shared. Next round starts when you all agree.
Frequently asked questions
Do I see how close I am while picking?
No, and that is the game. If the running total were visible you would only need to know one player's number, then fill the rest by subtraction. Every value stays hidden until your board is finished and the reveal opens.
Which stats can the target be set in?
Career goals, assists, appearances, yellow cards, red cards, minutes played, current market value and peak market value. All of them are senior-career only, so youth, reserve and Olympic appearances are excluded.
Can I go over the target?
Yes. Overshooting is not an automatic loss, distance is what counts. Being 20 over beats being 50 under.
What happens if two players land equally close?
They share the round. Across a series the ties even out and whoever was closest most often finishes top.
Which footballers can I pick?
Anyone in the full search roster, over seventy thousand players from every league we cover, not just the current big-five squads.
Do I wait for other players between picks?
No. Build your whole five-player board at your own pace. The lobby only waits once someone finishes their board, and the reveal opens when everyone has finished. After that, next round starts when you all vote to continue.
